1. Communication
Our sales team and technician team will listen carefully to customers' ideas, requirements, and needs to have general ideas of what customers want.
2. Analysis and Quotation
We conduct requirements analysis in coordination with customers and market research to know the standards and demands of the market. We also research our in-house capabilities to evaluate the feasibility of production and work out the materials, technologies, and overall costs of this project. After all these are done, we then feed back to customers with quotation as well as helpful advice."
3. Design
After the order is placed, our designers will then create a design according to the agreed requirements. We will send the design to customers. If modification is needed, we will do it accordingly."
4. Sample production
Instead of directly going into mass production, we will make pre-production samples first. We will inspect the sample carefully according to not only customers' requirements but also high industry standards. We can send samples to customers for further confirmation."
5. Mass production
After the sample is confirmed, we then start mass production. Our 20 QC personnel will monitor each link of production to ensure the product quality."
6. Delivery
Before delivery, we will test & inspect the quality of the finished products again. Only those defect-free and compliant with customers' requirements will be delivered. We have reliable logistics partners, ensuring the safe and fast delivery."
