What is the origin of solar film?

The predecessor of solar film is architectural film and security film. It was first used on building glass exterior walls. It mainly played an explosion-proof role to prevent personal injury caused by glass slag splashing after the glass accidentally breaks. Later, there were sunscreen partitions. Thermal films are gradually introduced into the automotive field and are installed on the inside of car windows. They are mainly used for sun protection, heat insulation, and explosion-proof. Some solar films with relatively low light transmittance or one-sided light transmittance can also increase the brightness inside the car privacy.
