1. First, if the static film is no longer sticking, carefully remove any remaining film. If the film has residue sticking to the glass surface, you can start by using a spray bottle to wet the label, then gently peel off the label paper with your nails and wipe away any moisture. Next, you can spray asphalt cleaning agent on that area. After about 3 minutes, the static film and the glass surface will partially separate. Tear off a small portion again, and then reapply the asphalt cleaning agent. This will soften the static film, making it easier to remove without damaging the surface.
2. After removing the window static film, use a neutral detergent solution to clean off any residual asphalt cleaner from the film to avoid leaving any residue.
3. Before reapplying the static film, make sure to thoroughly clean the window glass surface, ensuring it is free from any oil or other stains.
4. If the static film still doesn't adhere securely after reapplication, it may be a product quality issue, and you may need to replace it with a higher-quality static film. When making a purchase, be sure to pay attention to the quality of the static film.
